Smilax officinalis tea is obtained from the root of the Smilax plant, which is native to Central America and tropical South America. The tea is often referred to as a "medicinal herb" for vitality and for libido. Smilax officinalis (medicinal Smilax) is native to Central America and the West Indies.

Consumption recommendation:

To 1 liter of boiling water, boil 1 teaspoon for 3 minutes and strain. Drink 1 liter of decoction daily in small quantities no later than 5 pm. Use for at least 1 month.

Main features: 

Smilax has immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, tonic, anabolic, aphrodisiac, antioxidant and pain suppressant effects. It strengthens the defenses by stimulating the production of white blood cells, T lymphocytes and macrophages. Supports the production of testosterone and progesterone, anabolism, metabolism and liver function and detoxification. The plant contains saponins, phytosterols (ß-sitosterol, an instructive antioxidant), glycosides, calcium, copper, iron, iodine, manganese, potassium, silicon, sodium, sulfur, B-complex vitamins, C, D and provitamin A.

Contraindications: 

Not suitable for children under 3 years of age, pregnant women and nursing mothers.
