UNCARIA TOMENTOSA - tea - 55g

Uncaria tomentosa tea is obtained from the bark of the Uncaria plant, which is found in the tropical jungles of Central and South America, especially in Peru. The tea is used by indigenous people as a "cure-all" for vers. health ailments. Uncaria tomentosa (vilcacora - cat's claw) is one of the best known medicinal plants from the Peruvian Andes. The plant was revered by the indigenous people of Peru and called vilcacora because of its remarkable properties, which means "sacred plant" in the Ketchua language. Vilcacora contains a large amount of alkaloids, sterols, aminoglycosides, terpenes, tannins, flavonoids and other important substances.

Consumption recommendation:

Add 1x tablespoon to 1 liter of boiling water, simmer for 25 minutes and drain. Set the tea aside and steep for another 15-20 minutes. Divide 1 liter of tea into 3x daily servings and drink.
